We do not offer refunds, we instead offer replacements. If your product arrives broken, or in any way damaged, we offer a ring replacement guarantee. All that you need to do is to contact us describing the problem, and if possible taking a photo of the damaged item. We will then send you a replacement of an equivelant item you ordered.
We pride ourselves on our quality, and strive to ensure all of our products are crafted to an excellent standard. You, the buyer, are entiteled to replacement rings if any of the following criteria is met:
The item is not that which you ordered
The item is damaged in transit
If the item is returned undamaged and we have made an error in the supply of goods then we will offer a replacement and discuss with you any issues.
